For in-stock items, cancellations will be granted until the item has been shipped.
For pre-order products, cancellations may be made within 7 days from the order date. Pre-orders cancelled within this 7 day window will receive a full refund.
We do not process refunds on shipped items; all sales are final.
We shall only accept exchanges for items that are defective or arrive damaged. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and pictures/videos showing any damage within 72 hours of receiving the item. We reserve the right to request that the damaged items be returned or disposed of. This exchange policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of goods.
Damaged goods may only be replaced with identical items.
We do not pricematch with other online or brick and mortar retailers. We cannot provide a refund on the difference for previously shipped items in the event a customer purchases an item prior to said item being discounted.
A tracking number will be emailed to a customer during the order packing and fulfillment process. In the event that your order does not contain a valid email address, please contact us to update your account and/or request tracking information on your order, as our shipping platform cannot deliver these tracking numbers via SMS (text messaging).
It is the customer's responsibility to report a lost (or suspected lost) package within 90 days of shipment.
This will allow our team to properly assess the issue, including but not limited to: validating the customer-supplied shipping address is correct, verifying invoice and packing slip details were correct, and communicating with the respective mail carrier regarding the package location. In the event the item was lost by the mail carrier due to no fault of the customer, Channel 3 Records will work with each customer to ensure you receive your product, or we will provide a full refund including shipping if the product is no longer in stock.
Reports of lost package(s) after 90 days of shipment will be addressed at our discretion. Often it is not always possible to receive accurate information regarding lost packages after this timeframe, as tracking information retention periods vary between mail carriers. As such, it is the customer's responsibility to report any issues with their orders in order for us to honor our replacement/refund policies outlined above.
Most in-stock items will ship out within 2 business days during normal business operations. During peak times, such as the initial shipment of a new release, or a sale (e.g. Black Friday) please allow up to two working weeks to process initial orders.
Pre-orders will typically ship out by the date listed on the product page. Please refer to specific product pages for up to date information on pre-order shipping estimates. Due to the nature of vinyl manufacturing, pre-order shipping estimates are subject to change. We will do our best to communicate any production delays that may impact your shipping and delivery window. In the event you have pre-ordered a product that exceeds the originally communicated shipping and delivery window, you may request a full refund.
